Hi, I'm Linda, and I am an experienced holistic and integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor. During the last 15 years, I have been helping adults, children, couples and families to overcome many challenges including, anxiety, depression, issues within relationships with partners, family members and children, abuse, trauma and suicidal thoughts.
Using a wide range of psychological approaches I am able to help and support my clients as they heal and work through their underlying issues. Many of my clients have come to me because their anxiety has left them feeling stuck and unable to move forward. Many have felt angry about various areas of their lives and I offer them a safe and trusting environment where clients feel heard and valued.
I am also passionate about supporting those whose lives have been affected by cancer. Fifteen years ago, I lost my twin brother to cancer, within a month I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I felt so overwhelmed. It was a dark time but eventually I went for counselling and in time began to heal emotionally, mentally and physically. I understand what it’s like to be sitting on the other side. Just like you I have experienced challenges and through counselling I learnt that there is another way.
So, if you are looking for a fellow traveller who understands the journey of self-awareness and recovery, to help you to make mental, emotional and lifestyle changes, then please feel free to contact me. You can call me on 07875 213860 or click here to send me an email.

I am a member of BACP and an associate member of Reach. My clinical work is overseen and supervised by Reach and this helps me to ensure that I provide a safe, sensitive and nurturing environment and that compassion and kindness are at the heart of that process.
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
