I work as an integrative counsellor and therapist which means I am able to draw on knowledge and skills from various counselling models in order to meet your needs. People choose therapy at particular times in their lives for many reasons. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where we can explore and attend to what is troubling you and discover what is required for you to move forward in your life. It is such a privilege to work with people as they develop their potential in this way.
I do understand that for some, choosing to see a counsellor can seem a big step. Please feel free to contact me with any questions via the contact links and if you'd like to book an initial session to find out whether counselling and psychotherapy is for you, I'd be more than happy to hear from you.
