Resources will consist of toys like small figures and animals, cars, dolls, puppets, books, art and craft materials. Play is a natural way of learning, exploration and communication for children, and can be a comfortable way children to play out what they may find difficult to put into words.
If you feel more comfortable expressing yourself creatively you can use materials such as paints and colouring pencils. These tools can be used to help communicate issues, emotions and feelings and may help to gain an insight into that issues.
