Linda Anderson - BABCP (Accred)
I have worked in Human Resources and organisational development for over 30 years, so personal support and coaching, both organisations and people to cope with and adapt to change have been integral to my career.
More recently I have come to focus on counselling, concluding that often a more personal and therapeutic relationship is essential to help and support people to make the desired changes in their lives.
At present I work part time with a national charity, supporting older peoples groups in the community, and I provide one to one counselling sessions in East Kilbride.
EAST KILBRIDE is a central location easily reached from the main motorways and train lines. I am also happy to arrange home sessions or telephone/ skype sessions depending on suitability.
I understand that counselling is a major decision and personal investment for anyone, therefore I am happy to arrange a first 30 minute session for a nominal charge of £10 in order to allow you to decide for yourself if counselling is for you...
