About me

I am an experienced relationship and sex therapist registered with the College of Relationship and Sex Therapists and the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I practice online and in-person from the Central London location on Saturdays.

Relational and sexual difficulties affect a lot of people and can cause a lot of distress. Every relationship has a challenge, but if you feel that the problem has persisted for too long and it is out of your control despite all of your efforts, do contact me and we can have a conversation about the type of therapy that will suit your needs. I am trained in various therapeutic approaches (systemic, psychodynamic, CBT), so I can integrate my knowledge and experience into your particular situation.

I offer an empathetic, safe, and professional environment within which we can work together to facilitate the potential for a positive change in the relationship and work toward emotional and sexual health, happiness, and well-being.

Some of the relational problems that we can work on together are conflict and re-current arguments, loss of trust, affairs, dealing with the end of the relationship, feeling lonely, adapting to change (immigration, buying property, having children, illness, retirement); sexual difficulties: loss of desire, sexual pain, problems with erection/ejaculation, difficulty in reaching orgasm, dissatisfaction with sex, the difference in sexual desire in relationships.

The best way to reach me is to send me an email and I shall get in touch with you within 24 hours.

Best wishes,

Lina

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
