My role as a counsellor and psychotherapist is to help navigate changes and experiences that may be baffling, upsetting, confusing, and to help you find a meaningful way forward.
With clients who already feel motivated to change existing patterns of behaviour, I also offer a therapeutic coaching approach. This may apply to different stages of relationships, including dating, commitment or separation, and to career development - for example career changes and progression.
I work with individuals and couples and offer both time-limited and long term open-ended counselling, therapy and coaching.
