My role as a counsellor and psychotherapist is to help navigate changes and experiences that may be baffling, upsetting, confusing, and to find a meaningful way forward.
Some changes are within our control. Many changes feel unwanted and imposed and this can make them difficult to manage. Changes in circumstances, emotional, mental or physical wellbeing, or all of these simultaneously, they tend to affect us physically, emotionally and mentally.
Counselling and psychotherapy can help you reconnect with yourself and others and to find a way forward.
I work with individuals and couples and offer both time-limited and long term open-ended counselling and therapy.
