About me

I am a BACP and UKCP Registered Psychotherapeutic counsellor with nearly 10 years extensive experiences in offering brief focal therapy to clients with depression and anxiety, substance misuse, anger, self-esteem and other issues caused by emotional/physical abuse by someone or something somewhere along the life with an integrative approach. I am DBS checked and I also work with young people in the colleges with all sorts of study pressure tangled with attachment/family issues related problems. I have completed NHS IAPT CfD training programme and qualified as a ‘Counselling for Depression’ Counsellor. I am also a qualified supervisor for counselling.

My works are rooted in person-centred theory and I believe in the growth power in all living natures. I have lots of creative ways of working and yet still open to the challenges and learning to fill in the gaps of the unknown. I am able to conduct therapy in Mandarin Chinese if required.

I work in CB4 and CB24 areas in Cambridge. Free parking available for both venues.
