I am a qualified Humanistic Counsellor with Person-Center theory underpinning my work. I have experience working with young people and adults. I offer a safe, non-judgement and nurturing space where feelings can be explored. I believe by offering these qualities and building up an empathetic relationship change can occur.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy(BACP), I run my own private practice where I offer face to face and telephone counselling, I also work as a volunteer counsellor for a charity that provides support for survivors of abuse. I have been there for 5 years so have experience with working with trauma and the impact it has on the mind and body.
I have the fullest commitment to offering a service which is welcoming to all backgrounds in a supportive and non-discriminatory manner.

50 minute session £40 (negotiable for clients on low income).
