Our counselling service is provided free to individuals but we would ask you to consider making a voluntary donation towards the costs of your counselling if you are able.

If you can't donate for any reason, you can still access the service. Donations help us to keep waiting times to a minimum and to see more survivors.

It currently costs us about £45 for each hour of client counselling.
