Anxiety, Depression and Addiction… Something we have all experienced. My personal Journey influenced me to train as a counsellor to help both adults and Young People in my local area and internationally with similar paralysing issues. Accredited with the National Counselling Society, I not only work as a counsellor, but also in a team focused on the care of looked after children in a Residential Care Home.
My enthusiasm, youthful perspective and compassion towards each individual helps me to promote the enhanced emotional well-being that my clients wish to see in their lives. My particular areas of strength in counselling are with, but not limited to:
- Childhood Trauma
If you identify with one of these areas, or have something niggling away at you, preventing you from being who you were meant to be. Get in contact for a free assessment.
