Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with over six years of experience supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, and negative thought patterns. I have worked in both the NHS and private practice, providing therapy to clients from diverse backgrounds with a range of emotional and psychological challenges.
Qualifications:
- BSc (Hons) in Psychology - BPP University of London.
- Postgraduate Certificate in Low-Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Interventions -UCL University of London.
- Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - Royal Holloway University of London.
- Specialist training in CBT for working with individuals with long-term physical health conditions - UCL & King's College London.
Through my extensive experience, I have gained a deep understanding of the challenges my clients face and have become highly proficient in helping them break free from unhelpful patterns, develop confidence, and build healthier coping strategies. My approach is evidence-based, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
