The focus of the counselling work is to explore life issues in a non-judgemental environment. Therapy provides time and space to examine past and present experiences and realise the inner resources available.
Each individual needs to be the expert within their own life and sometimes early fear of loss or failure holds that individual back. Within therapy there is an opportunity to tap into a wealth of intrinsic abilities which when discovered and acknowledged encourages emotional growth and psychological well-being. The counsellor or psychotherapist supplies the skills and qualities to work alongside the individual as they explore the horizons of their inner world.
The therapeutic and training services are based upon a philosophy which endeavours to provide a safe space for each individual or group regardless of their differences and diversity of experience.
