About me

I am an experienced counsellor living and working in Hastings. I am very passionate about counselling and supporting people through tough times. I offer a confidential, non judgemental space in which to explore any issues you may have. I offer one to one counselling in a purpose built therapy room in a secluded part of my garden.

Anxiety and depression is scary and debilitating.  Although many sufferers don't talk about it for fear of others knowing that they are struggling to cope.  This is very common reason people don't seek the help they desperately need and also the fear of being stigmatised as having a mental health issue.  The statistics are 1 in 4 people are suffering at any one time from depression or anxiety or both

Are you suffering from anxiety and depression and are finding the stresses and strains of daily life overwhelming.  Would you like help and support to guide you through what is going on physically and mentally, giving you the understanding of what's happening to you and how you can tackle it with counselling.

Is work really stressful and do you find your colleagues or boss do not understand what your going through? Are you having panic attacks that stop you from enjoying your life?

Are you going through the menopause with increasing anxiety issues? Are you struggling to come to terms with the changes and need support in this increasingly isolating time?

Please email/text or call for a free 20 minute phone call to see if I am the right counsellor for you.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
