About me

I am a fully qualified UCKP and MBACP registered psychotherapist offering psychotherapy and psychosexual therapy to individuals and couples working both long and short term.

Working across Private Practice, NHS, Charity and Commercial sectors I have had many years of experience in psychotherapy working with both individuals and couples. I work with all aspects of relationship issues including psychosexual, Fertility, separation and divorce.

Individuals and couples seek therapy for all sorts of reasons such as depression, anxiety, intimacy and sexual issues. Relationships both with ourselves and others can be difficult and complicated causing us enormous pain leaving us with feelings of confusion, isolation and loneliness. Feelings can sometimes overwhelm us making it impossible to make sense of them and the issue. I provide a safe and confidential space where you can be heard and we can explore the difficulties as they are now and consider the context and history of where they may have come from.

I am an integrative psychotherapist drawing on Psychodynamic, Relational and Existential approaches. This allows me to consider and work with individuals and couples in a unique way respecting and acknowledging their needs as no two people are the same.

I am also a qualified supervisor with experience of working with qualified and trainee psychotherapist. My work has included supervising in the NHS, charities and privately.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.
