Lemon Grove Counselling & Therapy
About us
Lemon Grove Counselling and Therapy is a Counselling Organisation created and run by two experienced counsellors, Sally Humphries and Marco Centonze. We have many years of experience working with a wide variety of clients including adults and couples.
The ethos at Lemon Grove is to provide you with a safe and positive environment for your emotional journey to be a fruitful one. Whether that involves dealing with a specific problem or issue, or helping to discover who you really are, then this may well be the place for you to be.
We believe that nothing is too ‘serious’ or too ‘small’ to deal with. We believe what is important, is to feel listened to, understood and accepted for who you are. If you come to see a counsellor at Lemon Grove, we will be alongside you every step of the way, to weather any storms, as well as share in your growth on your journey to become all of who you are.
We normally suggest you come for an initial session to find out how counselling could help you, to ask any questions you might have and help you decide if Lemon Grove is the right place for you. We can normally offer you an initial appointment within a few days.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
