Leigh-Catherine Inglis MBACP . LCI Counselling&Wellbeing Institute
I am a qualified counsellor providing psychotherapeutic support and guidance to anyone or groups of people struggling with mental health or personal problems that may be impacting on their lives negatively and are serious about wanting to live more authentically by making the necessary changes within in order to do so.
I work with young people and adults in order to assist in addressing and overcoming developmental challenges, psychological obstacles and traumatic life experiences. I do this by promoting self belief, enhancing self insight and building resilience. I use a person centred humanistic therapeutic approach where one's wellbeing is always paramount.
Are you tired of feeling overwhelmed by current or past situations? perhaps isolated in your thoughts and feelings. With my support I can help you explore, understand and find purpose in the present and for the future.
I believe the most powerful way for one to learn is through discovery and growth.

Through our sessions you have given me the confidence to move my life in a new, positive direction. Offering guidance, support and encouragement, I found our sessions very worthwhile and although there were many tears there was more laughter. I left each session feeling that I can deal with my anxieties and this has made a real difference in my life. So thank you Leigh, for your positive empathetic approach. Barbara (Headmistress)
My sessions with Leigh have been so fulfilling and extraordinarily helpful when it came to dealing with past issues that I wasn't able to work through myself. When I came out as non-binary, she also helped me discover hidden moments pertaining to my gender identity in my past which only served to help me greater understand myself and why I felt certain ways. Overall my experience with Leigh has been everything I needed and more and I am hugely thankful for her help. Ali
