About me

A therapist and coach, with a passion for helping adults build the life they so desperately want and deserve to have, so they can feel happy and excited for their future.

Our experiences throughout life can determine how we view ourselves, how we view the world and other people in the world. If some of these experiences have been difficult, this can affect the way we think and behave, which sadly then becomes our reality.

You may also be experiencing symptoms of anxiety or low mood, as a result of your current situation and this is completely understandable.

I have been fortunate enough to transform my own life and the lives of many others. I can help you to take back control, using proven techniques that have improved the lives of many of my clients!

Your anxiety or mood, do not define who you are. You are a human being that is likely to be feeling lost, fearful, confused, helpless or stuck in their life, so you are experiencing these symptoms as a result (lets drop the disorder!).

Anxiety and low mood are symptoms of an underlying cause. We are not born feeling anxious, sad or fearful, therefore something has happened to us to make us feel this way.

Working with me, doesn't involve going back into the past, it involves understanding how the past has brought you to where you are today, then making the necessary changes to move you into the future you choose for yourself!

I am extremely passionate about educating and supporting my clients through this process for long lasting, life changing, proven results.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
