About me
Healing from childhood abuse - especially when it involves betrayal by those closest to us, is never easy. These early experiences can shape the way we trust, how we see ourselves, and how safe we feel in the world. Therapy can be a powerful space to begin untangling that pain and creating something new.
In our work together, therapy won’t just be about talking - it will be about transformation. While our sessions will always be held with care and respect, I also offer a space that’s focused and intentional. We’ll begin by clarifying what you want to get out of the process - because this isn’t about drifting, it’s about moving forward.
My style may not be for everyone, and that’s okay. I’m not the kind of therapist who simply nods and offers surface-level reassurance. Instead, I’ll walk alongside you as we explore the deeper layers - what hurts, what holds you back, and what’s possible when you start to believe in healing.
I take your time, emotional energy, and investment seriously. I’ll meet you fully in this work - and invite you to do the same, at a pace that feels manageable. Whether you’re feeling stuck in patterns that don’t serve you, struggling in relationships, or weighed down by anxiety, shame, or self-doubt, this could be a space to start shifting that.
If you're ready to look inward, even when it's uncomfortable...
If you’re longing for meaningful change, not just short-term coping...
And if you're seeking a therapeutic relationship grounded in warmth, honesty, and real connection...
Then I invite you to get in touch.
