About me

Are you experiencing a Difficult chapter of life?

Do you feel in need to talk and be professionally heard?

Counselling may help to offload, express and explore any issues you may be facing however big or small you feel they are. It can feel overwhelming and daunting seeking professional help but you have already taken the first step by exploring opportunities for self help.

My goal is to create a safe space for you to talk about anything at all that may be bothering you, explore thoughts and feelings and to enhance the understanding of emotions and behaviors.

Together we can work towards exploring issues that are emotionally impacting on you in the here and now.  I will aim to deliver a therapeutic journey in a confidential, respectful & non judgmental environment gaining a trustworthy and supportive rapport via Telephone Counselling for short or long term therapy.

Telephone counselling can be a very effective method as it allows you to have the control to choose your own surroundings, whether that be in the comfort of your own home or a private place of your own choice. People can often open up easier without having to come face to face with a new person and environment.

Counselling can enable to gain insight, perception and perspective to help the mind understand, accept, change and interpret the many challenging experiences of life.

Short and Long Term Counselling Available.
