About me
I offer flexible online therapy sessions during afternoons and evenings, in English and German, specifically tailored to address your unique needs and goals.
Whether you're navigating short-term challenges or seeking long-term healing, I'm here to listen attentively, provide a safe and comfortable space, and guide you towards meaningful transformations.
I specialise in working with adults (18+) who are facing the following challenges:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Burnout
- Attachment & Relationship problems
- Grief & Loss
- Work/University/Career-related challenges
- Cultural identity issue & belonging
Even if you don't experience any of the challenges mentioned above, therapy can still be a valuable tool for self-discovery and personal growth. Whether you're curious about your past, want to understand your current relationships better, or simply seek to deepen your self-awareness, therapy offers a supportive and guided space to explore your inner world and embark on a journey of becoming the person you want to be.
Training, qualifications & experience
Training & Qualification:
I graduated from the Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy with a Diploma in Transactional Analysis (postgraduate level 7) in July 2023 and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
I am trained in Transactional Analysis and use various techniques and modalities to provide individuals with the treatment that suits their needs and supports their goals. At the heart of my work is the relationship with the individual.
Work experience as a psychotherapeutic counsellor:
From 2021-2022, I worked with young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, attachment problems, and university/career stress at a low-cost clinic in Chorlton. From 2022 till 2024, I worked as a counsellor at The Magdalene Project, an organisation that provides support to trauma survivors.
In 2024, I started my private practice and work with clients in the afternoon and evening.
Previous work experience & background:
With my 10+ years of experience working in the corporate world as a Marketing and IT professional, I've honed my ability to navigate challenges, manage stress effectively, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. This experience has equipped me with the skills and empathy to guide individuals seeking personal and professional growth. Whether you're facing career setbacks, considering a career change, or striving to enhance your relationships, I'm here to provide support and guidance through personalised therapy sessions.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Other areas of counselling I deal with
I have a special interest in working with individuals from different cultures that may find it difficult to adapt to life in the UK or to feel that they belong. I have explored these issues in my own personal and professional development.

What to expect during your first session:
At the core of my work lies the therapeutic alliance, the relationship between you and me. During our first session, we will discuss the challenges you are currently facing and how therapy could assist you in overcoming these obstacles. You're invited to ask me any questions about my work, training, experience, or me as a person. Additionally, we will discuss practical matters such as booking sessions, payment, availability, and the confidentiality of our therapeutic relationship.
