I am an integrative counsellor and registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Sometimes we all feel that certain relationships or events in our lives are difficult to deal with, they can generate feelings and emotions that we cannot control or sometimes even recognise. Counselling helps by talking through these issues and exploring what you need, managing these feelings and working out how you move forward. I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental place for you to talk and to be listened to and believe that building a trusting relationship is key to helping you explore your life.
I work with many issues including self-esteem, depression, relationship problems and anxiety. If you think counselling may be the right option for you please contact me, we will have an initial consultation to see whether how I work is right for you and to plan future sessions.
