About me
My name is Laura Frear and I am a qualified counsellor and hypnotherapist based just outside of Ely, Cambridgeshire.
People often experience situations in different ways, some people experience feelings of stress, anxiety, fear, worry and many other overwhelming emotions.
I can support people through these feelings/emotions that can be experienced, so they are able to have peace of mind. This will be done in a confidential manner and in a place where you can feel comfortable so you will be able to say how you feel without fear of being judged.
It will be done at your pace, because this is your time.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have completed training with Chrysalis and have achieved the following:
- Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling
- Level 4 Diploma in Counselling Skills & Theory
- Level 3 Certificate in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills
I have experience working with people of all ages, including young people and adults.
I also have experience working with neurodiversity.

I offer sessions at the following:
- £45 for 1hr face-to-face sessions (based in Sutton, Cambridgeshire)
- £45 for 1hr online session
- £50 for 1hr face-to-face session if I am travelling to you (locally to Sutton, Cambridgeshire)
