About me

Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or relationship difficulties?

I provide a safe, supportive and empathetic space where you can think about yourself and anything that's bothering you. I will share my insights and reflections to help you understand yourself better and make positive changes in your life. Therapy will always follow the pace you’re comfortable with, giving you time and space to reflect on your situation and consider the best way forward.

I've experienced the huge benefits of counselling many, many times - both as a patient and psychotherapist. I'm extremely passionate about mental health and love giving people the support they need to find self-acceptance and live a happier life.

Whether you've just encountered a problem or have been struggling for a long time, it can take a lot of courage to seek help - but it's likely to be one of the best things you've ever done. Contact me for a free, no-obligation consultation to find out more about counselling and consider whether it's right for you.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling & Psychotherapy
  • Certificate in Online & Telephone Counselling
  • Level 4 Award in Advanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  • Qualified Mental Health First Aider

I'm trained in a variety of different counselling styles and tailor my approach according to each client's individual needs. I mainly draw on psychodynamic psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), balancing tools to help people manage current problems with exploring the deeper roots/causes underneath.

I have worked for a variety of organisations, including universities, helplines and charities. I provide counselling for a wide variety of people, but have a particular passion for working with students and performers.
