I am extremely passionate about my work as a Counsellor. I believe it can bring about constructive change within individuals and help them to lead a fulfilled life. I am a qualified person centred counsellor to degree level, offering both long and short term therapy.
I offer each unique individual the space and time that they need to explore their feelings and issues within the counselling room together. By remaining completely non-judgemental and confidential I believe a good therapeutic relationship can take place. I cover a range of issues from; Drug and alcohol addiction, anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, anger issues or anything that is causing disruption within your life at present.
Within our initial session together we will explore what you would like to gain from counselling and I will answer any questions or concerns you may have about the process. I follow the ethics and morals of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) to ensure a professional approach is taken at all times.
