About me
If you are experiencing stress, anxiety, bereavement and grief, or are struggling with low motivation, self- esteem and confidence, I may be able to help.
I will show you respect, treating you with sensitivity and compassion. The therapy experience can sometimes feel a little challenging, but I work in a person centred way, which means we set a plan together that is designed to meet your needs.
If therapy or counselling isn't quite right for you, I am also able to offer some coaching, focused towards your goals and motivations
Taking that first step can be hard, but I am pleased you have made it this far.
