About me

When life gets difficult and our mental health and wellbeing starts to suffer we become over whelmed by our emotions; this overwhelm can come from stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, bereavement and loss etc to carry on and face the world we often put on a mask to cover them up.

We are often told and even trained when we are young to put other peoples feelings and needs before our own, this can have a long lasting affect on our mental health and wellbeing. Counselling provides a safe and confidential space where you can explore who you really are, who you really want to be and enable you perhaps for the first time to put yourself own emotional and wellbeing needs first.

As unique individuals we will feel more comfortable around different people, therefore contacting more than one therapist give you the change to workout who is best for you and your needs. I offer a no obligations 30min free consultation to discuss how I may support you.

More about me

I work as a Pluralistic Counsellor & Coach and a member of The British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), my philosophy is everyone should be treated with respect, unconditional positive regards and have the autonomy to decide how to live their lives with this in mind I work with you to find the best way in helping you to work through your issues by combing all the skills and tools from different theoretical approaches including Person Centred, CBT, NLP, Solution Focused, Gestalt.

My commitment to you is that I will walk alongside you during your journey of discovery, thus enabling you to understand what is going on for you and why you are where you are. I will support you in understanding different coping and life strategies that will enable you to move forward and take your own ‘leap of faith’ into that future you want and deserve.
