About me

My vision is to enable people of all ages to connect with themselves and transform their lives. I work in an integrative and very relational way and my approach is individually tailored to help you make sense of your experiences, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you. I incorporate breathing and visualization techniques in order to access your subconscious mind and make changes that are long lasting.

During the assessment we will talk about your experiences, and upon completion of the assessment we will decide together if my therapeutic intervention can be of service to you. All sessions will be offered online either via Zoom or Skype (please see below for information on fees).

If you are interested, please contact me on k_monastiropoulou@icloud or on 07873533092. I offer the initial assessment free of charge.
