Kuldeep Dhanda (MSc, PGdipCP, PGdipPT(CBT), BSc.) BABCP & BACP Accredited
Qualified and Professionally Accredited (BACP) Counsellor and Accredited (BABCP) Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.
I offer a range of services from one to one Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Counselling (Person Centred / Integrative) and Couples therapy (CBT) for a range of issues. I pride myself on being able to provide a safe non-judgemental environment, where my clients feel able to express their difficulties and feelings. I believe in the power of helping others to help themselves.
I have over 15 years experience of working with clients and I am accredited by the BABCP and BACP. I have worked with clients with a range of difficulties from bereavement, relationship issues, stress, various health issues, depression, anxiety disorders including PTSD, social anxiety, panic, health anxiety, worry (GAD), phobias and pain managment.
I also work with couples using a Behavioural Cognitive (CBT) approach. In particular I specialise in working with infidelity, health and mental health issues affecting relationships, communication difficulties, amongst various other relationship problems. My training and skills in couples therapy means that therapy is not simply a mirror of what happens at home. Couples therapy with me is directive to enable clients to work towards their goals and make the best decisions for them.
I offer flexible ways of working to suit my client’s needs and life styles. I am able to offer daytime, weekend and some evening appointments.
