About me
It can be very difficult to talk about highly sensitive sexual or relationship issues, and to consider discussing these issues with somebody can feel like a huge step to take. This is where I can help you. During counselling sessions, I gently encourage clients to explore their sexual and/or relationship difficulties in a safe and confidential environment, which is facilitated by my understanding and non-judgemental approach.
I am a qualified Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist, Director of Woodbridge Therapy Ltd, and Director of Local Counselling Centre (LCC) Ltd. I provide a confidential and professional service based in Hertfordshire, providing specialist counselling for a wide range of sexual and relationship issues. I have a strong interest in helping couples to communicate more effectively in order to resolve their relationship difficulties. Help is offered to both individuals and couples of any sexual orientation. Therapy is provided from private counselling rooms, which are a convenient travelling distance from a variety of locations in Hertfordshire, including Letchworth Garden City, Knebworth, Stevenage, Hitchin, Baldock, Hertford, St Albans, and Welwyn Garden City.

Member organisations
Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists
COSRT is the UK’s leading membership organisation for therapists specialising in sexual and relationship issues.
All members must abide by their Code of Ethics and the performance of accredited members is regularly monitored.
