As a member of the BACP and qualified counsellor, I aim to offer a safe and understanding space for people to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I believe the support of others helps us to face challenges in our lives and I hope to lend my support to build up resilience and strength in those I meet with. I offer an open and non-judgemental approach to problem-solving and exploration of past and present emotional pain.
No subject is off limits, but I commonly deal with the issues listed below:
- Anxiety & Stress
- Trauma & Abuse
- Relationship issues
- Body confidence & Sexuality
- Bereavement & Loss
I can provide Skype sessions for those unable to attend sessions in person.
I am happy to work with people on a short-term solution focused approach or longer term person-centred therapy.
Please get in touch to discuss an initial meeting. If I’m not the right fit for you, then I will be very happy to point you in the direction of other supportive people and organisations.
