Krissy Dudley MBACP (Accred)
Hello and welcome to my profile! My name is Krissy and I am a BACP Accredited Therapist. I recognise it takes courage to seek therapy and I therefore thank you for choosing to read my short profile.
Often through life we can experience a wide range of emotional challenges or difficulties. This can arise from how we feel about ourselves, how we feel in relation to others and life experiences, past, present and future which may include trauma, loss, sadness or fear. People also attend counselling at times where there are no struggles currently.
I strive and commit to creating an environment filled with warmth, safety and support, free from judgment where I will listen carefully.
Part of the way I work is to treat every client individually, tailoring the way I work to your needs. Enabling you to just be with no pressure from me to be anything, or anyone other than you.
My consistent feedback from clients details the warmth of the relationship and the changes made in their lives, which has included entering recovery from drugs and alcohol addiction, increases in self-esteem, the decline in maladaptive coping mechanisms to name just a few.
I am contactable via text, email or phone call and I am based at the Waterloo Wellbeing Centre in Stoke, although I am able to offer home visits if this best suited you.
