About me

I help people with a variety of issues, from bereavement, family conflicts, people who are struggling to get from day to day or social anxiety. Are you a carer and spend your time looking after the needs of others, but can't afford that time for yourself? Do you want your voice to be heard- are you going through life being told what to do or think and have never been given the autonomy to be 'yourself'? Do you even know who that is? Have you have forgotten or haven't experienced any sort of joy or purpose in your life? Are you aware you hold a lot of emotion in your body and that can cause dis-ease? Are you aware of your emotions?

I help people by meeting them right where they are, with no agenda or judgement. I offer genuine warmth and compassion and am passionate about helping people get through whatever issue it is that found them seeking help. Sessions can facilitate organic growth just by being in the moment with another person who isn't looking to fix you or offer advice.

How to get started.

Send me an email ,message or call me and we can arrange a 20-30 minute free no obligation chat which gives you the chance to see if you think I would be a good match for you. From that chat we can discuss going forward (or not) and if you would like in person or remote sessions, weekly, fortnightly etc.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have worked within the 3rd sector working with carers and people with general worries to trauma, abuse, parents of transgender children and anxiety.

I worked in the petrochemical industry for 20 years prior to re-training as a counsellor as I had a desire to help people. I drew a likeness in the process and flow within the petrochemical industry to the process and flow generated within people in their lives.
