About me

I am an integrative therapist that offers a safe, confidential service for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. I am compassionate and I care about my client's wellbeing, working with them to achieve their personal goals.
I understand that deciding to seek professional support can be a big decision, however, I am warm and approachable and will discuss any worries you might have regarding counselling.

Counselling can help you gain insight into yourself and your relationships and help you make sense of your experiences.

I work therapeutically one to one with adults, young people and children, and also offer couples and family therapy for short and long term work.

As a qualified Supervisor, I also offer Supervision to qualified counsellors as well as trainees.

My qualifications include;

Foundation Systemic and Family Psychotherapy (CAMHS Birmingham)
Intermediate Systemic and Family Psychotherapy (CAMHS Birmingham)

Reiki healing Level 1
Reiki healing Level 2

I offer a free 30 minute initial consultation to discuss the counselling process and any worries that you might have, it is also an opportunity to explore any goals that you would like to work towards.

I have experience of working with a wide variety of difficulties, including relational difficulties, sexuality, self harm, anger, self esteem, anxiety, loss and trauma.

I have worked within an organisational setting, as well as a small charity and private practice.

I also deliver small group workshops for children and young people that offer education and support on emotional and mental well being.

My fees are;

Initial consultation - 30 minutes free, then

£40 per 50 minute session one to one
£50 Per 50 minute session Family Therapy/couples therapy
£50 per 1.5 hour Supervision

£35 per 50 minute Reiki healing.
