About me

DO YOU FEEL LIKE LIFE ISN'T WORKING FOR YOU RIGHT NOW?

ARE YOU FEELING STUCK, EMOTIONALLY DISTRESSED OR ARE YOUR RELATIONSHIPS STRUGGLING?

Maybe it's anxiety depression or stress that's the cause?

Perhaps you aren't sleeping well or you have physical symptoms that just aren't going away. Maybe you're addicted to something that isn't good for you having panic attacks, dealing with anger or low self-esteem?

MOVING FORWARDS COULD BE EASIER THAN YOU THINK

Did you know that one of the ways to treat these symptoms is to treat the mind as doing this, not only treats the mind but the body too?

In today's overly busy work which is full of pressures, our minds and bodies often show the impact.

With more people than ever before experiencing feelings of anxiety, depression or stress physical symptoms start to appear, with us not really ever truly understanding why, or how we can move forward.

I became qualified as a Kinesiologist after my eldest daughter needed help with her health issues and at the same time, it was a game-changer for my own health issues and that started my journey into the human form and why it can begin to struggle.

After several years in private practice, I realised that 95% of the people I treated had been prescribed anti-depressant or anti-anxiety medication and the led me into psychotherapy but I was very focussed on helping people move forward quickly and not 'trapping' them into years of therapy and not forcing them to relive and dissect previous bad experiences or traumas (which I knew could help re-enforce the negative thought patterns associated with them).

So I chose to qualify with the Human Givens School - the only one that is recognised and recommended by the Government for veterans and ex-military to deal with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). Aviva Health Insurance also recommends Human Givens for its customers.
