We model and live our values which include high principles, integrity, communication and trust. We believe in health and peoples abilities to change and reach their full potential. We do not hold judgement, discrimination or repress but are about appropriate empowerment, awareness, knowledge and connection.
As sensitive and deeply personal topics are often discussed, explored and uncovered during psychotherapy or counselling, professional services are legally bound to respect client and patient confidentiality. The critical importance of client confidentiality and limited circumstances in which it may need to be broken for the protection of clients or others is enshrined in the regulatory psychotherapeutic organizations “code of ethical practice”.

Taking the first steps to talk can be daunting for anyone, and change is not always easy. Looking at your life and experiences can bring up deep feelings and emotions.
And this is why I wanted to become a counsellor, as I know how tough it can be making the decision to want to talk about things that are going on for you. And wanting some changes in your life, by looking at your own choices In order to make them.
And sometimes life situations just feel too much, your in that situation and feels like there's no way out from it, and you simply want to be heard.
I work with individuals experiencing challenging and sometimes life changing events and situations in their lives, such as Trauma, Anxiety, Depression,Addiction, relationship issues and much more.
I offer a safe, non judgmental and confidential space for you to explore any issues that you are finding difficult. Talking things through can help you understand your own world and enable you to decide whether you want to make any changes. I work from my own home in HOCKLIFFE.
WHAT TYPE OF THERAPY?
I am an integrative therapist, which simply means I draw upon a number of theories to help me gain a better understanding and knowledge of you, in the present and in the past. Enabling you to make sense of your past, your choices and your relationships could then help you to move forward in your life.
At our first meeting we will discuss what brought you to counselling, what you are hoping for and expectations from working together.
please e mail or call me, or a text if that's better for you, i look forward to hearing from you .
I provide short term and long term therapy and sessions are 1 hour. I offer day sessions and some evening time slots. I offer reduced rates for counselling students.
