About me
Is it important for your counsellor to consider your cultural background? Have you struggled to feel heard? Are you tired of stereotypes and assumptions getting in the way of your treatment?
In my private practice an appreciation of difference but also what makes you unique is core to my approach. As a Person-Centred Intercultural Psychotherapist I understand how oppression has an impact on the body and one's mental well-being.
It may be depression or you are facing. Perhaps it is the impact of a difficult relationship you want to move forward from. I aim to support you by sitting alongside you, viewings things from your perspective, helping you re-engage with what you need to heal the wounded areas of your life.
If this feels like the time to deal with the issues currently impacting your life, you can enquire today! Call today for a free 15-minute consultation.
Once you get in touch we will arrange when is best to set up the free consultation where we will speak through what you need from the process, what I am able to offer you and how it all works.
You can then decide if you are ready and whether you would like us to work together.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
