Kimberley Glover Integrative Counsellor. BSc (Hons), PG Dip, MBACP
Welcome to my page.
It can be a really difficult decision to seek support when you are struggling. I value people’s honesty and bravery in counselling and work collaboratively to help my clients create new paths, find fresh perspectives and learn how to cope with their distress.
Sometimes life is so busy, we become stuck and forget how to look after ourselves, this can lead to problems with our mental health such as low self-esteem, depression, anxiety etc.
Counselling gives you the time and space to figure out how you can live a more fulfilled life and develop healthier relationships with both yourself and others.
As an integrative counsellor I value individuality and understand that people need different approaches in our sessions. No person is the same and I do not believe in the “one size fits all” aspect of practising just one counselling theory.
Integrative counsellors use techniques from more than one counselling theory to meet your needs. My aim is to ensure you get what you want out of counselling so I can adapt my approach to suit you.
Who I See
I offer one-to-one counselling to people with a range of difficulties from the age of 16 and above.
Please contact me by phone or email and we can discuss your difficulties in more depth. If you would like to book in a session, I offer appointments on weekdays and evening with some limited availability on weekends.
I am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and work in accordance to their ethical framework. This means my qualifications are recognised by a registered body who ensure I practice effectively.
