Kim Jones CounDip, HSF, PNLP, D.Hyp, Dip.CAH,
Hi my name is Kim and i have over 25 year's experience working with men, women, and young people (14+).
Going through challenging time can leave you feeling low, stressed, anxious, depressed, experience panic attacks, or maybe feel suicidal.
With over a decade of experience working with domestic abuse, we know the experience can leave you feeling confused, like you don't know who you are any more. Well i am here to help you discover your own beliefs, values and identity.
We run a programme that covers all aspects of your life from dealing with emotions, self-care, leisure activities and work/education.
Attending the programme will allow you to:
- Reduce unwanted emotion
- Learn to let go of stress
- Find you identity
- Start living
- Rebuild relationships with family and friends
Also, i work with post trauma, anxiety, stress, and phobias.
Most of the time we don't know why we feel the way you do, our mind a beautiful but complex. The method we use is content free, meaning no questions asked, no reliving old trauma, we just allow the mind and body to work together and let go of old emotions while allowing the trauma to be archived.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
