I have over 25 year's experience working with men, women, and young people (16+).
I work with trauma, anxiety, stress, low mood, grief, and depression. Working together you can learn to live the life you want, which may result in your day feeling less overwhelming. Furthermore, I have ten year's experience working with domestic abuse and am aware of what emotional scaring can leave behind.
Kinetic Shift is a method to help with Anxiety, Post Trauma, Weight loss and so much more. Its ACTIVE, INTUITIVE, DYNAMIC and ENERGIZING leaving you with the confidence that goes with it.
Kinetic Shift is content free, the Practitioner doesn’t need to know your thoughts or emotions…. in fact, most of the time the client sometimes doesn’t know. But that will transpire in your session and those
“I never thought it was that or I thought I had dealt with that”
moments happen in a Kinetic Shift Session.
The Kinetic Shift process is not classical therapy, it’s a process that’s quick and will make changes fast.
Additionally, you can learn how anxiety works and develop new coping skills. I also provide anxiety and depression management, breathing and relaxation techniques. Furthermore, together if you wish we can learn what the conscious mind is revealing to you using a variety of different tools I have gained such as art, timelines and guided visualizations.
As a hypnotherapist I work with weight management, anxiety, stress, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), panic attacks, fear of flying, phobias and Pain Management.

Avow has full wheelchair access into the building and a lift to the first floor where my therapy room is located. Toilets are a short distance from the room but on the same floor.
