About me

If you are struggling with things in life such as relationships with partners or family, friendships or even with yourself, lack of progress or fulfillment in your career, feeling overwhelmed or stressed, or feeling like you just don't fit in, it can be really difficult.  It can leave you with a million different thoughts constantly running through your mind all at the same time which is exhausting and leaves you not knowing which way to turn. Maybe thoughts of not being good enough, not liking yourself, low self-esteem or not knowing what you need to do to make things feel better or where to turn to get the help to make things clearer for you.  All this can ultimately leave you feeling anxious or low, wanting to hide yourself away from the world.

This can be exhausting, I get that, I've been there myself.

I can offer you a safe space to share these thoughts and feelings and relieve some of that burden. Together we can work through the issues, one by one at a steady pace until you feel more in control and able to lead a more peaceful and fulfilling life with better relationships, a clearer career path or just feeling more at peace with who you are at this moment in time.

I strongly believe that our behaviours and actions in life are determined by our subconscious thought processes. So, you may not even be aware of why you act or feel the way you do. The great thing about this is that this can all be changed. I can help you to uncover your limiting beliefs and change your mindset so you can achieve everything you desire.

What is counselling like with me?

  • Counselling gives you the opportunity to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a safe, non-judgmental confidential space.
  • It is a time dedicated solely to you and your needs during which I will be able to support you in reaching your goals, such as having better relationships or gaining more confidence.
  • Having this time can allow you to get to know and understand yourself better which can be really helpful if you are struggling with who you are and how you want to feel.
  • We will work with what you want to bring and my pluralistic approach means that we can use a variety of methods to explore what is really happening for you at this time.
  • The aim of counselling isn’t to offer you advice or tell you what to do but to support and assist you in making decisions for yourself.
  • I am friendly, calm counsellor who is here to keep you safe while you feel and explore difficult emotions and I will support you fully through this process.
