Further information

As a psychotherapist I aim to help you gain a perspective about whatever is troubling you. Together we identify what might be stopping you from reaching your full potential and what action you need to take to improve your situation.

The service I offer is:

  • Confidential
  • Tailored to your unique situation
  • Respectful of your values

Therapeutic Process:

I offer prospective client an Assessment Interview. This gives both of us the opportunity of considering whether we wish to work together. If we decide to work together we would arrange to meet for an agreed number of sessions.

My Philosophy:

I believe that pain and struggles are part of life, and that's how we learn and grow.  I also believe that as a human-being we have innate and enormous capacity to heal and emerge even stronger from such experiences, My role as a therapist is to help my clients to find the courage to face their problems and find ways to deal with them effectively, and set realistic goals to live fulfilled life.
