About me

Hi, I’m Khadeeja – a compassionate, qualified therapist committed to helping you navigate your emotional journey in a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space. Whether you're struggling with past trauma, relationship issues, or personal challenges, I offer a personalized approach to counseling that combines CBT, person-centered therapy, and psychodynamic techniques, tailored to your unique needs and healing process.

With extensive experience supporting women who have faced sexual abuse, domestic violence, relationship struggles, emotional challenges and childhood trauma, I understand how deeply personal and complex these experiences can be. Together, we’ll work at your own pace to build self-awareness, resilience, and a path forward.

As an accredited member of the NCPS, I uphold the highest ethical standards and professionalism in every session. Take the first step towards healing today by booking a free 20-minute consultation. Let’s discuss how I can best support you on your journey to emotional well-being.
