We are the team of experienced counselors, psychotherapists and psychologists.
Our service provides day time and evening appointments Monday to Saturday.
All professionals are accredited by professional bodies and work under clinical supervision. Our expertise is varied to provide you with choice and meet your therapeutic needs.
We offer a range of therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Transactional Analysis and Psychodynamic Therapy. We work with children, teenagers, adults, couples and families.
