About me

I am an experienced Psychotherapist with consulting rooms in the City and near Waterloo (SE11). I provide a confidential space for us to meet regularly and work together to gain insight about the issue(s) causing you concern.

I work with many issues including; anxiety, feeling low or depressed, relationship problems, jealousy, stress, repeated patterns of behaviour, work problems, grief, self-esteem, self-harming or suicidal thoughts, addictions, anger, body image or eating issues, wanting to know yourself better.

To fix an initial meeting or to discuss your needs please contact me by phone or email. I will get back to you promptly and in the strictest confidence.

Training, qualifications & experience

I was trained at WPF Therapy, one of the leading institutions for Psychotherapy in the UK. I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and BPC (British Psychoanalytic Council) and have an MSc in Theoretical Psychoanalytic Studies (Non-Clinical) from UCL. In addition to my private practice I have worked extensively within the NHS for many years as an Honorary Psychotherapist.
