About me

I am a trained counsellor and coach, with experience of working with adolescents and adults.

I am an integrative counsellor and utilise a variety of therapeutic approaches to cater to the client's needs.

I believe my experience working in the notoriously fast-paced and highly demanding corporate sector for many years, provides me with an emphatic understanding of the struggles and pressures of managing work and home demands. I have experience of working with clients juggling work and life stress, struggles of parenthood, poor health issues, lack of direction and career stagnation.

I work with many clients to overcome anxiety-related concerns, stress, self-confidence, self-worth and self-esteem.

I aim to work with you to obtain a deeper understanding of your concerns and your interaction with the world around you and how this may impact your wellbeing.

As your counsellor and coach, I seek to help you achieve clarity, purpose and content.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
