Offering flexible online and telephone counselling throughout the UK. Face to face counselling is now being offered in Uxbridge in a secure, private and comfortable space, where you will receive a warm and friendly welcome.
I have helped clients with a wide range of personal difficulties including bereavement, abuse, relationship issues, anxiety, addictions and low self-esteem. You do not have to be in crisis to come and seek support, therapy can be an essential part of your self-care and support system. I have helped clients to develop a deeper understanding of their relationship difficulties, relationship communication, and relationship experiences.
Both short-term and long term counselling is offered and I am committed to personalising therapy for you and doing so collaboratively. Therapy can also be provided more flexibly, around your schedule.
I am trained in more than one theory and counselling method. This enables me to incorporate different techniques and methods to personalise the therapy to the individual client. The space that is offered is secure, confidential and unjudgmental, whether this is online or in person. You will be encouraged to open up and explore your various difficulties while I understand that for some it can be hard to open up to a stranger or talk about experiences that have caused you pain.
Short-Term Counselling is offered and available in both face to face and online settings. As it is short-term therapy it will be more focused and goal-orientated and will include therapy models that may be associated with brief therapy such as CBT. I offer:-
A 6 - 10 week course of focused therapy
These sessions will each last 50 minutes each and are for those who want to focus on a particular issue or goal, and generally prefer to work in a more active, directive and goal-orientated way. You will be provided with an unjudgemental and supportive space where you will be able to bring your goals and what you will like to focus on, and we can explore that collaboratively. I will be using techniques associated with brief therapies such as CBT methods.
Short-term therapy is not right for everyone. You may have experienced trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, depression or emotional distress where long term therapy will give you more time to effectively explore your world and experiences. You may also prefer to receive long term therapy, and not necessarily want to focus on one goal. This can all be explored in the free initial discussion, to ensure you are getting the right service beneficial to you.
Please contact me by text, email or phone for any more information or to book an initial discussion.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
