About me
Hello, I’m Kelly. I have been a BABCP accredited CBT therapist for 10 years and work in the South East of England. I supervised on the IAPT post-grad diploma course and have gained experience working with young people and adults in the public, charity and private sectors.
I work as a senior CBT therapist within an all age eating disorder NHS service. I offer supervision to colleagues and therapy to our patients and I am working towards EMDR accreditation.
I remain up to date with new research so I am able to offer an evidence based approach but am committed to making sessions flexible to support who I am working with. I focus on creating a collaborative and non-judgemental environment to allow clients to feel supported throughout our work. Regardless of what we are working on e.g. anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, it is my goal to help you develop lasting skills to manage difficulties and improve overall well-being.
I abide by the policies, ethical standards of the BABCP and have my own professional indemnity insurance.
If you would like to explore the support I can offer, please contact me so we can discuss prior to arranging an appointment.
