About me

At Kellie Malcolm Counselling I provide talking therapy in a confidential, supportive and comfortable environment based in Crieff, Perthshire.

I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) who helps individuals navigate life’s challenges.

In my practice, I concentrate on listening and being empathetic.  This is the core of my therapy and the route to how I can help you with your difficulties.  My approach is tailored to your unique needs and experiences, to promote healing and growth.

As an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I support individuals both young people (10-18 year olds) and adults in managing their personal challenges and emotional difficulties.

I understand how overwhelming it can feel to be stuck, and I'm here to help you explore your issues. Whether you prefer in-person or online sessions, I am committed to providing the support you need. My empathetic nature and strong listening skills will ensure that you feel heard and supported each step of the way.

By integrating various therapeutic techniques tailored to your unique needs, I aim to provide a personalised and effective therapy. My goal is to empower you to gain insights, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief or other life events or transitions, you can trust me to guide you with empathy and professionalism.

Working together, we will create a collaborative partnership where your voice is heard, and your experiences are valued.

For children and young people I offer a safe place for you to explore what is troubling you, sometimes using creative methods such as what interests you perhaps using art, play therapy, games or story-telling.

I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship and am committed to walking alongside you on your journey towards emotional well-being.

Contact me if you would like a free (20 min) initial consultation.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
