About me

Hi I’m Kealey.

I believe we all have a box of “stuff” and that box of stuff will look different for everyone. Sometimes that box of stuff becomes a little bit too much for us to keep manageable. This leads me to wonder what has brought you to look for counselling?

Whatever answer arrived into your thoughts… it is something I would like to know so I can see if its something I may be able to help you with.

I am a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor within Dorset offering online, face to face and walk and talk therapy.

Counselling will only work best for you if you feel comfortable and relaxed with your counsellor.

Since 2018, I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. Life is full of ups and downs but life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled for any long period of time. Let me help you learn and develop better ways to handle the issues that are standing in the way of your goals.

What Benefits can be Expected from counselling?

  • A better understanding of yourself
  • Introduce healthy coping mechanisms into your tool box
  • Improved resilience and wellbeing
  • Increased confidence of yourself inside and out
  • A balanced mind set
  • Acceptance of self and others and environment around you
  • Reduce how much you worry and your stress levels in day to day life
  • Exploring and overcoming current blocks within your life
  • Understanding your negative thought patterns and how to prevent them from stopping desired outcomes for the future
  • Think differently about the future and feel more clarity

More importantly it is a space for you.

I have access to therapy rooms across Highcliffe and Charminster , Dorset.

Please take a look at my website and social media to find out a little bit more about me and how I work.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
