Kay Tarry MBACP(Reg) Fd(Merit)Couns
**Now Accepting New Clients - June 2019**
If nothing changes, how will you feel a year from now?
You may have an idea where you want to go, or you might just know you want things to be different, and are unsure how. Counselling can help you work out the direction you want to go, and how to start heading there.
You could have improved or actually recovered from what you are struggling with right now. Perhaps this means less anxiety, stress or low moods, improved relationships with yourself and others, perhaps more self-esteem and confidence, better sleep and a healthier mindset or maybe it’s about putting the past behind you once and for all.
I work with a wide variety of issues but specialise in:
- Past and/or Childhood Sexual Abuse/Neglect/Violence
- Traumatic experiences
- Depression and Anxiety
- Low self-esteem/confidence
Who I see:
I work one-to-one with all adults and older adults for both long and short term work, according to individual need.
Our counselling sessions take place in my own private therapy room (upstairs) near Ennis Square shops, Dormanstown, Redcar (TS10 5PE).
Parking is free outside my premises. There are toilet facilities for your convenience. Feel free to bring your own hot/cold drink if you prefer, water is always provided.
What I do:

I truly believe your mental health and wellbeing is a priority, you are not just a number on a casefile to me and I will offer you support to help change your life. Your therapy is tailored especially around you - no ticky boxes, endless forms or one size fits all treatment here!
