About me
My name is Kayleigh and I am dedicated to offering outstanding support and guidance through counselling sessions, tailored to meet your individual needs. I offer both in-person sessions for those who value the personal connection of face-to-face meetings and online sessions for those who prefer the convenience of connecting via their own homes.
Being in Cornwall, I relish the laid-back lifestyle and beautiful landscapes. I enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, running, and paddling. Like many, I've faced challenges and moments of feeling lost. Counselling guided me through my struggles and motivated me to transform a difficult time into a positive journey toward becoming a counsellor myself.
As an integrative counsellor, I am pleased to convey that I employ a flexible approach, utilizing a diverse range of techniques tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual. Central to my practice is Person-Centred therapy, which establishes a warm and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment.
In addition to my private practice, I have the privilege of providing counselling services at the Pegasus Men's Wellbeing Centre, where I am dedicated to assisting men in addressing their mental health challenges.
Furthermore, I am actively involved with a local charity that focuses on helping individuals access the necessary support for their mental health. Together, we are making a meaningful contribution to the community, and I am proud to be part of this important initiative.

My background
I live in Cornwall. I enjoy the slow-paced way of life and the beauty that it has to offer.
I love to be active and feel at my best when outdoors, whether that be hiking the coast, running in the woods or paddling in the ocean.
Like most, I have had my difficulties, feeling stuck and not being able to make sense of situations or how to deal with them.
Life has not always been simple and experiencing counselling gave me the opportunity to navigate through the struggles I have experienced.
Along the journey, I decided to turn a difficult stage in my life into a positive one and embraced the journey to becoming a counsellor.
